Return & Cancellation

Returns /Exchange:

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for exchange of product or credit note will be issued for the product return amount. ( Delivery charges are deductible). We do not have a cash refund policy. You can return or exchange within a period of 5 days, from the date of receipt of order. All return products will be accepted only in original condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition along with the original invoice. All the diaper cakes and items on sales are FINAL.

Easy return guide:

Contact our customer care department by email [email protected] within a period of 5 days, from the date of receipt of order. You will be informed with all the appropriate steps and information, including arranging for a return pickup by the courier company.

Items on sale, gift baskets, swim wear, undergarmets, accessories and diaper cakes are all FINAL sales.

Damage Items:

We apologize If you have received your damage or incorrect order. Contact our customer care department by email [email protected] within 2 days upon recipet of the item. Kindly provide your invoice number for prompt action.

Cancelling your order:

As soon as the order is placed there is no way to make any changes online. You must promptly get in touch with [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed for shipment, we can cancel it and refund you the amount. If the order enters the shipping process, sadly we won’t be able to make any amendments and you’ll have to follow the process of return of the item.

If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded within 3 weeks.

System Order cancellation:

Occasionally, orders do get cancelled by our system due to various reasons. Some of the reason may include item(s) unavailability, payment issue, shipping address out of the delivery area or a request by the customer.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by our customer care department with an explaination along with the reason. You will not be billed for the item(s).

Order Cancellation Policy:

As soon as the order is placed there is no way to make any changes online. You must promptly get in touch with [email protected]  within 5 mins of order process and confirmation. As long as your order has not been processed for shipment, we can cancel it and refund you the amount. If the order enters the shipping process, sadly we won’t be able to make any amendments and you’ll have to follow the process of return of the item. If the cancellation is done promptly the amount will be refunded in the original form. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed back to the credit card.

Delivery Policy:

We deliver our Products to all over UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 15 up to 5 kg and all the Gift basket will be a Flat rate of AED 20 each respectively. Return charges for delivery will be AED 15 that will be paid by the customer and will be deducted upon the credit note issuance.
